Eleven years ago this month, Lowfield’s first release — a three-track cassette from a project that no longer exists in any form — came out of a Portland basement. Sixty releases later, we’re still working with the same pressing plant we found in year two.
To mark it, we’re re-pressing three sold-out early catalog titles this fall, remastered from the original session files rather than the old lacquers.
